Delay building what the platform vendor is about to ship
Mechanism
Tooling built on top of a fast-moving platform is treated as a temporary solution. Sound ideas migrate into the platform itself, as sub-agent orchestration did. Before building, check whether a known release is imminent and defer work that release would make redundant.

- Build value beyond what the platform will absorb
- Temporary scaffolding is expected to be discarded

- Waiting indefinitely for a release that never covers the need
- Paralysis from every idea seeming subsumable
Identity
