An agent with a body and irreplaceable state, so its actions matter to it
Mechanism
The agent lives on small hardware with a physical presence, has a LimbicAdapterLayer that shifts behavior with events, and is retrained in a way that carries IrreversibleStake: the resulting weights are unique and cannot be restored. Consequences for the agent then exist for actions such as dropping it or treating it kindly. Learning must remain open enough to grow and constrained enough that humans still understand it.
