A modulating layer between a large model and the user shifts its behavior with affective state
Mechanism
A layer sits between the large reasoning model and the person. It holds LeakyModulatorBuckets, updated from camera and transcript events, and converts their levels into behavior changes such as temperature. Its state reaches the model as a story via NarrativeStateInjection. The layer is a small trainable part of the HarnessAsArchitecture and can be modified while the large model stays fixed.
