Delegation multiplies reach and removes direct feel for the work
Mechanism
Each layer of delegation, whether staff or agents, multiplies what one person can accomplish and puts distance between that person and the material. The delegator knows only the handle, not the texture of the thing being moved. Leverage also multiplies the delegator's existing desires and decisions, good or bad.
