Mechanism

Delegation begins with a validated goal, since GoalMisspecification makes fluent execution worthless. The delegator writes a FreelancerBrief and accepts the loss described in LeverageAbstractionLoss: more reach, less tactile contact. Direct hands-on work is retained where feel matters, since the handle alone does not show what is moving.
