Brief an agent like a capable outsider who has never seen your company
Mechanism
Delegated work fails when tasks are dropped over the fence. The brief instead supplies everything a talented freelancer with no context would need: goal, background, constraints, and what good looks like. Agents are highly capable in some areas and oblivious in others, the same as new hires.

- Capabilities and blind spots are both assumed
Failure modes
- Assuming shared context that the agent lacks
- Over-specifying so the agent has no room for judgment

Identity
The name is the hash of the definition. Change a word and it becomes a different pattern.
