Automate agent orchestration with a probabilistic transition model, guarded by strong routing
Mechanism
The human's job as orchestrator is the frontier bottleneck. To automate it, build an AgentTransitionGraph from harness metadata and use it to plan toward target states. Routing decisions stay with a strong model per RouterIntelligenceParadox, and cheap workers follow SwarmCostQualityTradeoff. Expert heuristics act as guardrails on the black-box system.
